Shipping & Delivery Policy

1Delivery Timelines

We partner with India's premier air and surface shipping couriers, including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket. Typical delivery times are:

• Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, etc.): 1 to 2 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities): 2 to 4 business days.
• North-East States & J&K: 4 to 6 business days.

2Shipping Charges

Our shipping rates are calculated flat and straightforward:

• Orders above ₹1,499: Free Delivery.
• Orders under ₹1,499: Flat ₹60 shipping and handling fee is applied.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD transaction fee of flat ₹40 is charged by couriers, regardless of the order value.

3Order Processing & Cut-Off

All orders are processed and verified from our central climate-controlled warehouse in Hyderabad:

• Processing occurs Mon - Sat, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays are dispatched the following working day.
• Any requests to modify shipping addresses must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support line. Address modifications cannot be completed once the package leaves our warehouse.

4Damaged Transit Claims

All shipments are insured against transit damage. If the courier package is noticeably damaged, wet, or tampered with:

Do not accept delivery from the executive. Note the damage on the courier's electronic signature device, refuse the package, and notify us immediately at support@muscleprozone.com so we can arrange a fresh shipment.
