Refund & Return Policy

1Eligibility Criteria

To ensure hygiene, product purity, and athlete safety, returned items must comply with strict criteria:

• The tub's external heat-sealed shrink wrap and container inner seal must be completely unbroken.
• Free promotional shakers, pill boxes, or samples received with the item must also be returned in unused condition.
• Clearance products sold as "Short Expiry" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2Damaged, Leakage, or Wrong Products

We run double QC checks on all dispatches. However, if transit damage occurs:

• A complete unboxing video of the shipping cardboard box opening is required to process claims for leakages, missing items, or wrong flavors.
• Report the discrepancy via email to support@muscleprozone.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a free logistics pickup and dispatch a replacement or issue full refund credits at zero cost to you.

3Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us or submit a ticket via our Contact page with your Order ID and photo proofs.
2. Our support squad will review your ticket within 24 hours and arrange reverse logistics.
3. Ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging box. Hand it over to the BlueDart or Delhivery dispatch executive.

4Refund Timelines

Once the parcel reaches our Hyderabad fulfillment center, our team conducts a seal integrity audit. Upon approval:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund is issued back to your original payment route (Card, Netbanking, UPI) within 3-5 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund credits are added to your ProZone Wallet or transferred to your bank account via UPI within 48 hours of verification.
